Its been over a year and a half-- Still going..
New avenues and new channels have opened.

Long time! Don't think so.

homes are on auto except a few hiccups..

Marketing and back end work remain tough.

Hopefully soon we are out of it (I mean the recession).

We have managed well.. Hopes abound.

how can owners post so cheap prices?

Spent over 4 to 5 hours going through different vacation rental sites sifting through competitors prices. Wonder how can villa owners post the rentals for more than half off.
Quality of accomodation obviously comes to mind.
Age of home - the older it is the more likely it is that the mortgage is paid off making it cheaper for the owner to post a lower rate. But then it is likely that it is more than a few years old so the equipement, paints, furniture is old.

I stayed in a 3 bedroom condo from a famous supplier a couple years ago at the same price that we are quoting now. the house was horrible: creaking furniture, dirty bathroom, AC not working very well. But then that was then. the home did seem over 10 years old. But who am I to complain: better marketing and bigger budgets for commissions probably sells the rentals.

For your vacation, use a brand new luxurious townhome for your stay in Orlando . The property is located in Kissimmee within minutes from major Orlando attractions like Disney parks. Close by are Universal parks, malls and nightlife spots. You have many golf courses nearby or you may want to visit the Kenney Space center or the beaches at Tampa or Daytona.

Why pay hundreds of dollars for a room at major hotels and get no service when you can have it all? You would be so close to Disney that you would be there even before you realize – after all it is on the same exit as Disney (maybe 1 light for the main entrance).

This townhome lets you have a full 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Master bedroom has a king size bed with attached bathroom and storage while the other two rooms have queen beds and two twin beds. In case you do have a large group, the sofa turns into a bed for two. You could get whole family of up to 8 people or have your group of friends enjoy the place so that you stay together and enjoy your vacation all you can. The home is fully equipped with central AC, Heat, hot water, washer-dryer, iron, hair dryer and much more- all that more than a high priced hotel.

We also offer you unlimited state to state phone calls within US and also to some countries in Europe and North America : all on us. If you wish to web-surf or have to get urgent things at work, we offer FREE INTERNET and WIFI access : you need to bring your laptop. The home has a High Definition TV and DVD player, though we hope you are in Orlando to enjoy the attractions and all that Orlando and Florida has to offer and not watch TV.

Now for those who may want to try cooking or maybe warm food for kids: there is a full size kitchen with a dining/breakfast area. The kitchen is fully equipped with all amenities for any type of cooking – breakfast, lunch or dinner. It includes a full size refrigerator and the full cooking range with microwave and oven. It even has all these to aid you - coffee maker, rice-cooker, sandwich maker, mixer-grinder and much more . We throw in the coffee and sweeteners as we realize you may need this early morning to get you ready to go out and have fun.

The community has a giant swimming pool fit for adults and kids alike, with equipped restrooms. If you would just like to hang out, there are enough beach chairs for your whole family. There is a nature trail just next to the townhome where you could decide to have a picnic. Ample parking right in front enables you to have your cars right in front of the home (useful when you have to a carry a lot of luggage on your vacation).
